Use the e-office custom pricing tools to simplify the tedious and confusing world of net pricing. Price materials the same way your suppliers do. Using discount classes and discounts/multipliers both you and your suppliers will both save time and have more accurate information.
List Prices/Net Price Generation
The basis for all pricing in e-office is manufacturers' List prices. Suppliers use a set of multipliers when calculating your Buy prices. They apply multipliers against the List prices to determine your material prices. HPH has created a discounting system based on the List price and current pricing procedures to allow you and your suppliers to easily work together to load your e-office with accurate Buy prices.
Discount Columns
Special discount columns can be easily created for individual suppliers or even specific projects. Unlimited discount columns can be added to assist you in net price management. Columns can be edited to include only the discount classes you require on lines carried by your suppliers.
Online Supplier Maintenance
Let your suppliers maintain your material discounts in your e-office. You can even allow suppliers to modify your multipliers online! You can provide suppliers with secure access to their discount column for multiplier maintenance.
Compare Supplier Pricing
e-office allows you to compare suppliers to locate lowest pricing. Select all or specify only certain columns and e-office will display material pricing for each.
Markup Columns
Using e-office you can have more control over Sell prices and win more bids by utilizing markup columns. Markup columns are used to create and maintain Sell prices for your customers. Unlimited columns can be created and can be based on any supplier discount column. Therefore, Sell prices are easily created based on your real net Buy prices.
