Do I have to install any software on my computer?
Yes, a small application must be installed on any computer that will be used to access e-Office. This application can be downloaded from this site or delivered to you on a CD.

Is my company information (customer, project, material lists, etc) stored on my computer?
No, all account and material information is stored on the e-Office secure server.

What are the system and communiction requirements?
You must have an IBM compatible PC with a Pentium class processor. An Internet connection is also required to access your account information. A minimum of 56K is required with faster connections resulting in better performance.

Do I have to pay for the amount of time I am logged into e-Office?
No, with your annual license/subscription to e-Office you are granted unlimited access to the e-Office server.

Do I have to run price updates on the database?
No, each night HPH will update the database with the latest information.
