Looks and sounds simple and uncomplicated. However, as any modern contractor knows, these processes are resource intensive. To be profitable, these tasks require an efficient and structured flow of information.

e-Office lets you do away with those thick job folders by logically organizing your customers and projects in one central location. By helping you efficiently manage your projects and material requirements, e-Office will let you make better proposals and become more profitable.



Customers

With e-Office you can create an address book and central repository for customers. All necessary contact information can be entered for automatic inclusion on e-Forms and other output formats.

Projects

Project folders are established under a Customer to easily organize your various jobs. Each project includes descriptive fields and job parameters to allow for accurate tracking and reporting. In addition, material lists, discount columns and markup columns can all be created and maintained within an e-Office project folder.

BOM's

Within each project you will define material lists or Bills-of-Materials (BOM's). These lists may include items from any e-Office database. For example, you could include a switch box, romex, connector, and a switch with your boiler/burner installation BOM. Or, if you prefer, you could break out the electrical items in one BOM and the heating equipment in another BOM.

e-Office provides you with the freedom to define your Projects and BOM's in the manner that best suits your business operations.
