Please carefully review the following information prior to submitting an Order Form for e-office.
TERM - An e-office subscription is for 1 year.
RENEWAL - You will receive an email one month prior to the expiration of your subscription asking you to indicate your subscription intentions. If you choose to renew, reauthorization information will be forwarded to you via email.
EARLY CANCELLATION - If you decide to cancel e-office prior to the expiration of your subscription, you will be responsible for payment of a penalty equal to 1 month's subscription fee.

e-office subscriptions may be paid for via credit card on our secure site or phoned to 800.890.0820. There are two payment options:
FULL SUBSCRIPTION - The full subscription amount may be paid at the time of order. If this option is selected you will receive a 5% discount.
MONTHLY BILLING - Each month HPH will automatically bill your credit card for 1/12 of the full subscription rate.
If you do not have a credit card and would like to arrange an alternate form of payment, please submit a request to info@hphguide.com or call 800.890.0820.

Components of e-office must be installed on your local computer system. The application may be downloaded from this web site or delivered to you on a CD. You will be asked to make an application delivery choice at the Download Area page of the order process. Please consider your hardware and downloading capabilities when making this choice.
