Access to the Member Area will require the submission of your email address and a password selected by you. Access to public areas of this site does not require the submission of any personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT Through the product ordering process we collect Contact and Financial Information.

The Contact Information is used for two purposes. First, it will be used to allow HPH to contact you regarding your account, new offerings, and/or to deliver software and program upgrades. The Contact Information is also used to set up your e-office account. The information you provide will be preloaded into your personal e-office.

Financial information, such as credit card information, will be used to bill and process subscription transactions.

EDITING PERSONAL INFORMATION Personal information submitted by authorized users may be edited at any time through this web site. To update information, use the Edit Profile option found in the Member's section of this site.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION PROCESSING/SECURITY Protection of your credit card information is secured using VeriSign's Secure Socket Layer technology. Verisign software uses digital certificates, which confirm that your browser is communicating securely with HPH. Also, all of your information is encrypted to avoid intercept and illegal use by outside sources.

HPH-E-OFFICE EMAILS The ordering process requires the submission of your email address. HPH will contact you using this address to inform you of account information and transactions and news/information relevant to the program.

NON-DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION HPH does not rent, sell, or otherwise provide personal information submitted through this site to any outside entity.
